An early morning this December provided a moody, misty, foggy sunrise over the Erie Basin Marina in Buffalo, NY. Buffalo is located in the western part of NY State on the shore of Lake Erie, the shallowest of the Great Lakes, but the fourth largest by size. It can produce some incredible snowstorms in the winter, dumping up to several feet of snow, which Buffalo is kind of famous for, next to the Buffalo chicken wings! However, on this December monring, there was no snow to be found, just a light moody, misty fog over the area.
