Description
The Snow Moon is the name given by Native American tribes to the full moon in February, due to the snowy weather in February. Though, this year, it may as well be called the Snowless Moon, as winter has been MIA for most of the season! This year there was a beautiful blue hour happening when the moon began rising over Syracuse, just to the right of the JMA Wireless Dome.
