Artist's Description
While walking along the pier at Canadaigua Lake in Canadaigua, NY I spotted the sun rising over and along side the trees. This image just made me think of images I have seen in the past which had a japanese feel or flair to them, which is what made think of the title of this piece. The sun was partially obscured by haze from the wildfires in Canada as the smoke had drifted south into the United States. Hope you enjoy this moody sunrise.
