Hiking thru the woods late one afternoon I came across this scene of beautiful light penetrating into the woods. I really loved on the low sun cast a beautiful warm light over the leaves and ferns on the floor of the woodland.

Welcome to my gallery!! I am an Upstate NY based photographer who tries to capture the essence of landscapes, nature, and cityscapes with an eye for detail. Specializing in the scenic beauty of the Adirondack Mountains, Thousand Islands, Finger Lakes of New York State as well as the Central New York area, where I am from! When travelling, I will generally have my camera with me so that I can capture images from across the country with scenes such as cityscapes from Baton Rouge or Cleveland along the waterfront, to the Mountains of the Pacific Northwest!
