Description
The Old Stone Arch is actually a historical remnant of the RW&O railroad. The RW&O stood for the Rome, Watertown and Ogdensburg railroad, which was located in Upstate NY. This is all that is left of a stone trestle that crossed the Salmon River in Oswego County in Upstate NY, in the village of Pulaski, NY.
