Sunrise over Canandaigua Lake in the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate, NY. On this particular morning the sun and sky was acutally being filtered by some haze from the forest fires that were raging in Canada. The smoke had started drifting to the south and into the United States. Still, I was able to capture some nice red and orange colors and the sun was blown out either.

Welcome to my gallery!! I am an Upstate NY based photographer who tries to capture the essence of landscapes, nature, and cityscapes with an eye for detail. Specializing in the scenic beauty of the Adirondack Mountains, Thousand Islands, Finger Lakes of New York State as well as the Central New York area, where I am from! When travelling, I will generally have my camera with me so that I can capture images from across the country with scenes such as cityscapes from Baton Rouge or Cleveland along the waterfront, to the Mountains of the Pacific Northwest!
