Description
This is a panographic image of the swamp at the Sterling Nature Center. The swamp is home to a large Great Blue Heron Rookery and much more wildlife. What really caught my eye was the stillness of the water and all the reflections of the sky, clouds and trees and I think a lot of people hear swamp and think Ewe. I just wanted to show the beauty of the swamp in this shot. As plain as this looks, it really supports a lot of wildlife, from Great Blue Herons to Owls to Bald Eagles to Beaver and assorted birds. It really is beautiful.
