Winter in the North Meadow in the Adirondack Park. This was an unusual winter scene for January, where we had snow on the ground and fog with low hanging clouds partially obscuring Mt. Van Hovenburg in the distance. I shot this shortly after sunrise and there was just a very peaceful feeling in the air.

I really love getting outdoors in all seasons and experiencing the beauty around us, which is one of the reasons that I love New York State.
