Blue Hour at Tibbett's Point Lighthouse at the mouth of the St. Lawrence River and Lake Ontario. This is the beginning of the St. Lawrence Seaway that leads you from Lake Ontario of the Great Lakes to the Atlantic Ocean. You can see the sun just starting to cast a warm glow on the buildings with some deep blue hour skies in the background!
Welcome to my gallery!! I am an Upstate NY based photographer who tries to capture the essence of landscapes, nature, and cityscapes with an eye for detail. Specializing in the scenic beauty of the Adirondack Mountains, Thousand Islands, Finger Lakes of New York State as well as the Central New York area, where I am from! When travelling, I will generally have my camera with me so that I can capture images from across the country with scenes such as cityscapes from Baton Rouge or Cleveland along the waterfront, to the Mountains of the Pacific Northwest! My photography is about showcasing the grandeur of the scene and quite often the subtle interplay of light and shadow, texture, and color. Whether it's the serene calm of a misty river...
